WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

We source our inventory from several suppliers within USA,EUROPE and ASIA. In order to keep our inventory fresh and up to date with the latest styles we have centralized fulfillment center in Asia and USA that all of our products ship from. Based on availability we decide to ship from which warehouse. Due to overseas location please allow up to 7-14 days for shipping and up to 7-20 days for international orders.

Please be aware that the postage time doesn't include handling and processing prior to shipping.

MY ORDER IS INCOMPLETE?

To make sure your packages arrive on time, we may send your order from different warehouses that’s why you could receive your items separately.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

We love what we do and we want you to love your items! If the product isn't used and is in its original packaging, unworn, with no visible wear, or smell maybe returned within 30 days after arrival for a refund. However, please keep in mind that refunds are only applicable for damaged orders. and in that case we have a choice to either refund or replace the item.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
